Low Season Rates: $1,000 /weekly Oct 15 - May 1
High Season Rates: $1,260/weekly May 1 - Oct 15
High Season Rates apply for holiday weekends. Only weekly rates apply for July & August
Reservation Fee/Damage Deposit: 15%
A 15% deposit by cheque is required to hold your reservation, with the balance paid by cheque one month before occupancy.
Longer stay negotiable for low season. Utilities and wood included. Great drinking water with UV water system. No smoking permitted inside. Expectation is that renters will leave cottage as clean & tidy as they found it. (Laundering of sheets & towels will be done by the owner). Pets allowed (but not on furniture please).
Cancellation Policy: 30 days prior to rental date for full refund.
